Freedom Credit Management LLC (dba “United Valor Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides our websites, content, products, services, and mobile messaging program (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Permitted use

Use the Services for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to access non‑public areas, interfere with functionality, or infringe others’ rights.

2. Accounts and content

If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

Content on the Services is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

If you submit content (e.g., comments/reviews), you grant us a non‑exclusive license to use it to operate and improve the Services and you represent you have rights to it.

3. Mobile messaging (SMS/MMS)

Program: United Valor Ventures SMS program sends promotional and transactional messages related to our products/services.

Opt‑in: You agree to receive texts by providing your number and explicitly consenting (e.g., checking an unchecked box on our forms) or by texting a keyword to our number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency: Message frequency varies (and may include additional transactional messages as needed).

Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt‑out: Reply STOP to cancel. You’ll receive one final confirmation message. To rejoin, sign up again.

Help: Reply HELP for help or email [email protected].

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: We use your phone number and message content to operate the program. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If any liability is found, it will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your principal place of business in the United States. Any disputes will be brought in the courts having jurisdiction there.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
